- Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the respective product page.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders worth ₹1,500 and above.
For orders below ₹1,500:
- Standard Shipping: ₹80
- Express Shipping: ₹150
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS along with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your parcel until it is delivered.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code and mobile number are accurate while placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or the parcel remaining unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.
Will my order arrive before the festival?
We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially during peak festive seasons such as Raksha Bandhan, Diwali and Christmas.
While we dispatch all orders within our promised timelines, delivery is handled by our courier partners and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays and high shipping volumes.
For urgent deliveries, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, address changes may be possible before your order has been dispatched.
Please contact us at the earliest with your order number and the updated shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care while packing every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly share your order number along with clear photographs of the outer package and the product. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
