WLG stands for With Love Gifts. What began as a passion project over 13 years ago has grown into a social enterprise rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and community.

To us, WLG Handicrafts is more than a brand. It is a journey filled with memories, learning, and meaningful relationships. It celebrates the beauty of handmade craftsmanship while creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women artisans.

Meet the Founder

Kanika Aggarwal is a social entrepreneur and the Founder, Designer, and CEO of WLG Handicrafts. With over 16 years of experience in the craft and development sector, she has dedicated her career to preserving India's rich handmade traditions while creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for women artisans.

An alumna of Pearl Academy, her journey spans craft development, creative education, and community empowerment, driven by a commitment to preserving traditional skills and creating meaningful opportunities for people.

Believing that creativity can empower lives, she has also worked on vocational programmes for mental health beneficiaries and facilitated creative workshops across diverse communities.

Today, she continues to lead WLG Handicrafts with a simple belief—that handmade traditions thrive when artisans are empowered, creativity is nurtured, and every handcrafted creation carries a story worth preserving.
