At WLG Handicrafts, each product is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled artisans. Since every creation is made by hand, slight variations are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece truly unique.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Colour or design preference
- Gift no longer required
- Minor differences in the final product compared to the product images
We encourage you to carefully read the product description and review all product images before placing your order.
Customised Products
Personalised and customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are received in a damaged condition or an incorrect product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
How to Submit a Claim
Please follow the steps below to ensure your request is processed smoothly:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product from multiple angles.
- Capture images of the outer packaging, including any visible damage.
- Locate your order number from your order confirmation email.
- Write an email describing the issue clearly, including your order number and details of the problem.
- Attach all relevant photographs to the email.
- Send your claim to contact@wlghandicrafts.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review your request and work towards an appropriate resolution at the earliest.
Resolution
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following, depending on the nature of the issue:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
The resolution will be determined after evaluating the details shared by the customer.
Handmade Variations
Every WLG Handicrafts creation is handcrafted by skilled artisans.
Slight variations in thread colours, bead placement, fabric texture, embroidery, and finishing are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects. These unique variations are a mark of authentic craftsmanship.
Please note that product colours may also appear slightly different due to photography, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of approval for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
