Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

  • More than 12 hours have passed since placing the order
  • The order has already been processed for dispatch
  • The order has been handed over to our shipping partner

Customised & Personalised Products

Orders for customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as they are made exclusively for you.
